"Cognitive" Economics
is an attempt to take into account the incompletness of the information
in the individual decision making process, on the one hand, and the circulation
and appropriation of the information within the social networks, on the other
hand.
Because incompleteness of Information, In cognitive economics, learning
is a central feature both at individual
and collective levels. Walliser (Economie cognitive, Odile Jacob 1999)
call
"cognitivist" and "évolutionnist" these two
complementary research programs. Multi-agent modeling and simulation of
complex systems are complementary tools as well as experimental
economics for investigate this field.
