1 - Agent Editor in Two Part Tarif Competition

The Agent editor is a popup opening by right clicking on an Agent. White zone are editable, g'ey one are not.

With the same number of neighbourhood, Agent 1637 have a lower consumption (q) than Agent 323, because his idiosyncratic parameter, theta is lower. Agent 1510 have a theta strictly inferior to Thetamin, so, given this tariff structure he don't subscribe
